Abstract

It is described that the technical and economic significance of higher vacuum,lower furnace temperature,narrower fractions,lighter color when lube cuts were produced by vacuum distillation.The optimization technology of the distillation additive and the technological transformation of electric desalting are discussed.The application of structured packing in vacuum distillation tower during the lube type vacuum distillation is introduced.The utilization of new packing is conducive to further improve the quality of lube fraction by vacuum distillation and provide excellent raw materials for the follow-up process of lubricating system.In short,based on the application and innovation of new technology of the lube type vacuum distillation,careful operation,optimum process management,the quality of lube cuts by vacuum distillation can be further improved.
