Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotion and Life Quality of Liver Cirrhosis Patients with Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing on negative emotion and life quality of liver cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:A total of 84 liver cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal bleeding enrolled from January 2010 to December 2013 were divided into observation group and control group according to admission number. Control group received routine nursing mode while observation group received traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing. Negative emotion and life quality of both groups at admission and before discharge were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in SDS,SAS score and life quality between those two groups at admission( P 0. 05). Before discharge,the SDS and SAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group( P 0. 05),and each item in life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing could effectively improve negative emotion and life quality of liver cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
