Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods 130 cases of full-term pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group(65 cases in each). The observation group was treated with ropivacaine spinal anesthesia, and the control group using bupivacaine spinal anesthesia. The onset time of sensory block(lower extremity numbness),duration and sensory nerve block anesthesia time, and the highest fixed plane and anesthesia quality were observed. Results The onset time of sensory block, duration and sensory nerve block anesthesia time and the highest fixed plane in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P0.05),but there was no significant difference of sensation evaluation(P0.05).There was significant difference of very loose rate between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine can be used in spinal anesthesia for cesarean section.
