Abstract
Try to explore the conditions of isolation and purification of kaempferol,and lay foundation for further research on how to extract the kaempferol from the flowers of Impatients balsamina L.,different solvents and different methods were used separately to the red flower petals for the extraction,and its main ingredients were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results show that all of the 9 extracts contain kaempferol,and the content of kaempferol is the highest in the etoAc extracts(8.1 mg/g).
