Positive mycoplasma cultivation and its susceptibility to antibiotics—analysis of 436 cases

Objective:To observe the susceptibilities to antibiotics of 436patients infected with posi-tive mycoplasma in uroreproductive tract so as to provide clinical up-to-date epidemiological data and scientific basis in rational drug uses.Methods:Mycoplasma susceptibility test kit was applied to conducting mycoplasma cultivation and drug susceptibility test on uroreproductive tract infec-tors.Results:Of the 436patients,72.48% were infected with ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),4.13% with Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)and 23.3%were mixed infected with UU and Mh.Among the 12kinds of antibiotics,the most susceptible one on mycoplasma were Josamycin,Minocycline and Doxycycline,the highest of the total drug-resistance rate was Ciprofloxacin.Conclusion:The highest mycoplasma infection rate in non-gonococcal urogenital tract is Uu infection,so the first choice of drugs in treatment are Josamycin,Minocycline and Doxycycline.
