Abstract
The WC ceramic coatings were widely applied in many kinds of fields as resistant coatings owing to their high hardness and excellent wear resistance.Both union intensity of WC-10Co4Cr ceramic coatings,wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance are more favorable than the traditional WC coatings.This paper summarizes the methods and processes of WC-10Co4Cr coatings prepared by thermal spraying,and points out which are the most efficient methods for WC-10Co4Cr powders and coatings.The research achievements about WC-10Co4Cr of scholars are summarized in recent years.Through analyzing the influencing factors and mechanism for structures and properties of coatings,the author forecasts the development trend of WC-10Co4Cr coatings prepared by thermal spraying.
