Study on the Financing Problems of China's Rural Infrastructure

Abstract

The rural infrastructure plays an important role in agriculture.However,the rural infrastructure investment cannot catch up with the rural development.The reasons are as follows:government's investment is low,village's investment capability is insufficient and the one-case,one-meeting system is imperfect.Therefore,the state must increase the government's investment,strengthen the village's capability,perfect the one-case,one-meeting system and explore new financing patterns to solve the problems of financing in China's rural infrastructure.
