An Analysis of the Financing in China's Rural Infrastructure Construction

The rural infrastructure plays an important role in agriculture.However,the rural investments in infrastructure lag far behind the rural development,mainly resulting from the relatively limited investment,the insufficient capability of collective investment and the deficiency in Meeting One Case system.Therefore,state and collective investment must be increased,One Meeting One Case system be improved and new financing patterns be explored so as to solve the problems of financing in China's rural infrastructure construction.
