Abstract
With the increasing of the migrant workers' children in Beijing, it's necessary to focus on their schools' difficult position. This paper analyses the predicament and causes of these schools, presents the school social work intervening on the basis of the author's practice, and then discusses the models of theory and practice of school social work.
