Abstract
This paper employs methods of literature review,questionnaire,statistics analysis and experiments to study the application of exercise prescription in college body-building education.The findings show that exercise prescription not only improves students' physical quality,physiological quality and performance in fitness testing but also encourages students' participation in extra-curricular sports activities.
