Abstract
In order to implement the scientific development concept in institutions of higher learning,we must emancipate the mind and establish a human-oriented concept to promote scientific development,harmonious development and leading-taking development.Besides,we should attach importance to the improvement of content and quality,and create a harmonious academic environment in which different schools,mistakes and failures,and individuality are accepted or tolerated and juniors are encouraged to stand out.
