Abstract

The implementation of the scientific concept of development in institutions of higher learning entails unbinding mind,human-based education concept,and pushing forward the scientific,harmonious development with high priority.Besides,content augmentation and quality also enjoy high priority.We should create harmonious academic environment which includes various academic branches,abides mistakes and failures,accepts and encourages juniors,and respects individuality of intellectual.
