Research on Group Purchasing Management System Construction in Big Company

Group Purchase is beneficial to getting scale benefits,to reduce the purchasing cost in China.Group Purchase gradually becomes a major form of the enterprises purchases in the future,which are not mature in the group purchasing management methods.Based on the existing group purchasing management system and the workflow analysis,this paper establishes a new group purchasing management system,which integrates contract management,data base management,transport operators,supplier management functions to the system,thus forming a systematic management system,which improves the efficiency of the Purchasing management group and lowers the purchasing cost.
