Abstract

Through analyzing the JIT purchasing method,ERP purchasing method and supply chain purchasing method,and building new purchasing management model by these three methods,this paper tried to seek the combination advantage of diversiform management systems,aiming at achieving more scientific purchasing management,improving the purchasing efficiency,and accelerating enterprises to obtain optimized benefits in the production and operation.
