Methotrexate Combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony Syndrome Clinical Observation of 200 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatment

[Objective]Observation on methotrexate combined with total glucosides of paeony syndrome curative effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.[Methods]200 inpatients and outpatients in TCM standards divided into cold dampness,damp heat stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,cold and heat mixed syndromes 4.Methotrexate,7.5mg/ for the first time,increase 2.5mg/ times until the dose was 15mg/,1/w,total glucosides of paeony,oral;0.6g/,3/d,oral.Continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,clinical index closed(joint tenderness,joint swelling,time of morning stiffness,pain score(VAS),patient quality of life score(HAQ),RF,CRP,ESR index),toxic side reaction,reaction.1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]68 patients were cured,effective in 70 cases,effective 38 cases,invalid 24 cases,the total efficiency of 88%.Clinical tender joint count,the number of swollen joints,morning stiffness time,VAS,HQA,RF,CRP,ESR no significant difference(P0.05),the indicators after treatment than before treatment were significantly decreased(P 0.05),and the resistance of hot and humid Tongxinluo decreased more obviously(P0.05).The side reaction of collaterals in patients after treatment of thermal resistance was significantly lower than the other three(P0.05).[Conclusion]Methotrexate combined with total glucosides of paeony syndrome differentiation in treating rheumatoid arthritis effect is significant,worthy of promotion
