The Scientific Outlook on Development Embodies a Concentrated Reflection of the Marxist World Outlook and Methodology with Regard to Development

In his report to the 17th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary,Hu Jintao made a comprehensive exposition on the scientific connotation,the spiritual essence and the basic requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development.In particular,the thesis of being a concentrated expression of the Marxist world outlook and methodology with regard to development provides us with the theoretical basis that the Scientific Outlook on Development is an important guiding principle for China's economic and social development and the theoretical basis of the major strategic thought that we must uphold and apply in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
