Abstract

Scientific development outlook is a significant strategy thought that the Communist Party of China leads economy and society development in the new century and stage. Scientific development outlook not only inherits and innovates Marxist development outlook, but also integrates and surpasses contemporary development outlook. At the same time, it is still a foundational needle of socialist modernization construction in China, because it responses scientifically to the questions of why to develop and how to develop from the angle of development.
