Study on the Change of Regional Land Use Structure in Chongzuo City

The characteristics,process and regional differentiation of land use change in Chongzuo city of Guangxi province were studied based on the prediction of change trend of land use structure.The results showed that the land use change was different before and after 2000.In recent years the arable land was decreasing but forestry land and the land for road construction were sharply increasing under the control of national policy.The main change process was that the unused land was transformed into agricultural land and the inner adjustment of agricultural land.Base on the prediction with the gray systemic model,the ratio of construction land will be 3.13% and 3.69% in 2010 and 2015, separately.At last some advices were given to promote the sustainable land use and harmonize the relation between land use and the ecologic and economic development,including the scientific land use and the scale of construction land,rational adjustment of agricultural land,the ecological land,the arable land into forest and grass land,and the control and protection of land use environment.
