Abstract
Objective To discuss the content change of plasma C-reactive protein(CRP) and its influence to prognosis of the acute coronary syndrome(ACS), Methods CRP Level was detected by velocity scatter immune turhidimetry in 26 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 29 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Creatine Kinase (CK), MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were detected by enzyme technique, 30 persons of normal health examination were selected as a control group. Result CRP level in patients with ACS was positive correlativity with CK, CK-MB,LDH(P 0.01), The toal distribution of heart event incidence in three groups was different(P0.05). Conclusion CRP level was significantly higher in patients with ACS. It is a dangerous factor and it is regarded as an indication for the prognosis.
