Abstract
Object To observe clinical and angiographic features of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with normal and annormal coronary angiogram (CAG).Methods Clinical characteristics and the results of CAG in 318 patients with AMI enrolled from June 1997 to December 2002 were analysed. Results The patients with AMI and normal CAG accounted for 26/315(8.2%),most of whom were more males and more younger, most of patieats had inducement as heavy cigarette smocking and/or strenuous exertional working, and free of angina pectoris, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia (P0.05).Conclusion AMI might be happened in patients with normal coronary arteries and most of them were younger males and had inducement as smocking.coronary artery spasm and acute thrombosis and auto-thromobsis are chief mechanism.
