Comparative study on trade protective measure directly related with Chinese textiles

Textile industry has been a very important advantage industry in our country, which is taken the most gain from WTO, however, these restrictive measures of the accession to WTO have become the obstacle to enter into international markets. Therefore, the paper would do comparative analysis about agreement on safeguards of WTO, transitional safeguard of ATC, specific safeguard mechanism, and specific safeguard measures of textiles, which are all directly correlated with our textiles and garments trade, so that we could make clearer the external trade situation of textile industry.
