Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Shengmaiyin simultaneously by HPLC. Method:The quantitative determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1, and UV detection was performed at 203 nm with 25 ℃ as the column temperature.Result:Quantitative determination of ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rg1 was performed. The linear ranges for ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.050~1.000 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9994) and 0.050~1.000 mg·mL-1(r=0.9990),respectively.The average recoveries were 96.2%(RSD=2.4%) and 98.5%(RSD=2.7%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple, and it can be used to evaluate the quality of shengmaiyin.
