Abstract
Objective To establish HPLC method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in Renshenbeiqi tablet.Methods A ODS 2HYPERSIL colum(250mm×4.6mm 5μm)was used,and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (20∶80) as the mobile phase;The detection wavelength was at 203 nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results The calibration curves of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re were linear in the range 0.2024μg~5.0600μg (r=0.9995) and 0.2152μg~5.3800μg (r=0.9998),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.0%,(RSD=1.04%,n=9)for ginsenoside Rg1 and 98.2%(RSD=0.70%,(n=9)for ginsenoside Re.Conclusion HPLC can determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in Renshenbeiqi capsule simply,rapidly and accurately.
