Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of III～IV Degree of Pressure Sores by Helium-neon Laser Treatment Combined with Jieyoushen

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ⅲ～Ⅳdegree of pres sure sores by helium-neon laser treatment combined with Jieyoushen.Methods:57 patients with Ⅲ～Ⅳdegree of pressure sores were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group routinely treated by saline,H2O2,insulin,antibiotics and povidone Iodine twicedaily.In treatment group,the povi done iodine was replaced by the low-power helium-neon laser irradiation for 10 minutes and sprayed Jieyoushen,3 weeks later observe the curative effect.Results:In treatment group,the cure rate was 65%and the total effective rate was 1 00%.In control group,the cure rate was 20% and the total effective rate was 72 %.These differences between two groups were highly statistically significant.C onclusion:The helium-neon laser combined with Jieyoushen can increase the clinical efficacy of pressure sore.
