Abstract
With the development of the society,the university education of human spirit meets with many problems in our country.In order to cultivate human spirit in universities from a higher level and a broader field,this thesis taking the integration of Confucius’ theory of benevolence and the university education of human spirit as the object of research would analyze the possibility and necessity of the integration of the two and expound the ways of their integration using the Document-data method.The paper attempts to establish an interactive mechanism between Confucius’ theory of benevolence and the university education of human spirit in order to achieve the goal of Address both the symptoms and root cause.
