Abstract

On the basis of representing the situations, characteristics, and status of iron ore tailings resources in our country, the approaches of comprehensive utilization of iron ore tailings are analyzed. It is pointed out that comprehensive utilization of iron ore tailings is important for enhancing economical and social benefits, and for improving environment. The developing direction of comprehensive utilization of iron ore tailings is also put forward in the paper.
