The Application of In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer in the Treatment of Infertility

Abstract

To evaluate the clinical result of IVF-ET in the treatment of 60 infertile couples, we used the GnRH-a/ FSH / HCG to super stimulate ovulation and HTF culture media to incubate embryo. Sixty cycles of aspiration of eggs and 58 cycles of ET were performed. The rate of pregnancy was 34.5%. Judging from the clinical result, IVF-ET is the most direct method in the treatment of infertility due to fallopiantubal factor .
