Abstract

Objective:To three different methods of analgesia used in the clinical effect of induced abortion were compared.Methods:300 cases of early pregnancy painless abortion vibration requirements of pregnant women were randomly divided into 3 groups:A group for the intravenous propofol group,B group sufentanil+propofol group,C group bhutto brown snow+propofol group.Observed 3 groups of intravenous pain, house pre-stress relaxation, dizziness, vomiting, blood loss, postoperative pain, moving, and the dosage of propofol. Results:B,C group the degree of cervical relaxation, body movement in patients compared with the A group was significantly(P0.05),B,C group intravenous injection pain, postoperative pain and the dose of propofol compared with A difference statistically significant(P0.01);postoperative recovery time, postoperative bleeding difference was not statistically significant(P0.05),B group the incidence of dizziness than A,C group was significantly(P0.01).Conclusion:Butorphanol and propofol for analgesia of satisfactory flow, adverse reactions,it is in promotion and application of primary hospital.
