Abstract

Objective:To study the warfarin-resistance and bromadiolone-resistance in Rattus flavipectus. Method:The poison bait containing 0.025% warfarin and 0.005% bromadiolone was used by the field trials and laboratory tests. Result: The result of two field rials indicated that the numbers of intaken point and the consumption of bait didn't apperenty decayed after the unrestricted baiting containing 0.025% warfarin and 0.005% bromadiolone for 28 days, respectively. ( warfarin= 76.16+ 0.021 7x, bromadiolone= 83.49+ 0.010 4x) and the resisance of two kinds of rodenticides showed no significant difference (t (20) 0.05= 0.212 3, P 0.05). The result of laboratory tests proved: the resistane incidance to warfarin of Rattus flavipectus was 72.72%(8/11) and bromadiolone was 70.00%(7/10). Conclusion:The resistance of two kinds of rodenticides showed no significant differece (χ 2= 0.119 3, 0.75P 0.5).
