Abstract
Protein folding is a complex and dynamic process,which is not spontaneous and requires the assistance of other mate-rials.Understanding the role of molecular chaperone in protein folding is helpful for further study on protein folding mechanism.In this paper,molecular chaperone and its classification were introduced.We emphasized the mechanism of molecular chaperone in protein folding and proposed its important significance in protein folding.
