Abstract

Utilizing foreign capital is the major content of the policy of opening and is the important factor of economy growth in Anhui province. Nowadays there are also many problems in the utilizing foreign capital in Anhui. This article study the solution to the problems integrate with the province conditions from two aspects:utilizing manner and circumstance of foreign capital.
