The Major Problem on the Utilization of Foreign Capital in Fujian Province and the Countermeasures

Foreign funds have been an important power guiding the economic trend in Fujian Province but the empirical study shows that the utilization of foreign funds have been declining since 1990s with a weak stamina.To reverse this disadvantage,Fujian Province must,based on improving the investment environment,extend the industry development chain,increase the collection effects of the introduction of foreign capital,quicken the regional economic integration and actualize the sustainable development of utilizing the foreign funds.
