Abstract

The paper describes the problems existing in the public participation in the current Chinese environmental impact assessment system.And we should pay full attention to the role of the public participation in environmental impact assessment and environmental protection and gradually perfect the environmental impact assessment of public participation in legal system construction.In order to promote sustainable development of economy,society and environment,I think it is significant to improve the public's environmental awareness,establish and perfect China's environmental legislation system.
