Abstract

This paper first introduced the content and procedure of public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment in practice,and then analyzed problems which were existed in system of public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment.And it discussed the efficiency of public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,proving it was necessary for our country to strengthen the efficiency of public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment at present.
