Abstract

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Danshen chuanqiongqin on BloodLipids in patients with unstableAngina and treating unstableanginapectoris.【Methods】 140 cases with unstableangina were randomly divided into Controlgrouptreatmentgroup(n=70,,routinetreatmentonly)andtreatment group(n=70,routine treatment added Danshen chuanqingqin 10ml qdivgtt for 2 weeks).【Results】(1)After 2 weeks the level of TC,TG,LDL-C in control group dropped to lower level(P0.05),the level of HDL-C increased in control group(P0.05),the level of TG dropped to low level in control group(P0.05).The result of the treatment group is higher than control group(P0.05).(2) Compared with control group the anginapectoris and electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormal change of treatment group significantly decreased(P0.05) and the treatment group decreased significantly rather than the control group(P0.05).【Conclusion】 Danshenchuanqiongqin possesses effect on treating unstableanginapectoris and on Blood Lipids in patients with unstableangina.
