On the Role of Adult Education in the Popularization of Higher Education

Abstract

Adult education is an important, indispensable part of higher education in enhancing the quality of people.The characteristics of.mass education, functions and position of adult education are discussed in the paper.In view of the conditions in our institute,the ideas are given on the reforming of our adult education in order to enlarge its scale and raise its benefits.
