Clinical effect observation and nursing of Dinoprostone Suppositories in labor induction in late pregnancy

Objective To investigate clinical effect and nursing methods of Dinoprostone Suppositories in labor induction in late pregnancy.Methods 90 cases of labor induction in late pregnancy were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used oxytocin,the observation group was treated with Dinoprostone Suppositories,intensive care was strengthened during the treatment,induction condition and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The cervical ripening score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the success of the number of cases was more than that in the control group,the parturient time was shorter than that in control group(P 0.05).The rate of cesarean section in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P 0.05).Two groups of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal outcomes showed no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Dinoprostone Suppositories used in late pregnancy labor induction is satisfied,it can improve the success rate,reduce the rate of cesarean section.
