Abstract
ObjectiveTo determine monosaccharide compositions of Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide.MethodsLamella of microcrystalline cellulose was adopted. The spread solvent was made of n-butanol-ethyl acetate-pyridine-water(6:1:5:4) and it was spread twice.Color display was made by anilineo-phthalic acid.ResultsIn the spread solvent, every monosaccharides could be separated. The Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide was composed of glucose and galactose.ConclusionThe method is simple and highly reproducible. The method can be effectively used to analysismonosaccharide compositions in Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide.
