Abstract

Taking people and intelligence as the base, we should reform the factors of practical teaching in colleges and universities, and aim at cultivate all-round talents. We strengthen the factors of practical teaching in a more cost-effective manner, and promote university students to improve their innovation. this text has analyzed in detail the current situation, existing problems, and their causes, and also has propose countermeasures for solving the problems.
