Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in order to provide experimental basis for judging prognosis of disease in clinic.Method Three-color immunofluorescence labelling flow cytometry was used to detect and analyze immunophenotype of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood in 403 healthy adults(control group) and 70 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE group).Results There were significant differences in the percentages of CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells between control group and SLE group(P 0.05),and there were significant differences in the percentages of CD3+ T cells,CD4+ T cells in patients with SLE between active stage and stationary phase(P 0.05),and there was a significant difference in the ratio of CD4+ T cells / CD8+ T cells between control group and SLE group(P 0.05).Conclusion The detection for T lymphocyte subsets plays an important role in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of SLE.
