Abstract

Objective Objective To investigate the systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets changes and its clinical significance. Methods 18 patients with active SLE, 15 patients with SLE patients and 13 healthy people by labeling immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometry detection. Results The number of CD4+ cells activity was significantly less than the healthy control group (P 0.05), CD4+/ CD8+ ratio were significantly decreased (P 0.05); and CD4+, CD8+T lymphocytes of control group had no statistical significance (P 0.05), CD19+ (B) cells were significantly higher than those in remission group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion The determination of lymphocyte subsets can be used to judge the SLE at the active and remission stage value of a reference.
