Corporate governance structure is the core of companies.Presently,the problems in corporate governance structure are mainly as follows:control rights are excessively concentratedi shareholders who have more shares always encroach on small shareholders'rights;board of directors is independent;supervisory board cannot play its supervisory function.So it is necessary to strengthen the dependence of board of directors and perfect the responsibility of directors,fully exert supervisory function of Supervisory board,perfect shareholders'sue rights system and lead the staff members to participate in the management etc.
