Effects of High Quality Nursing Service to the Satisfaction Degree of Patients

Abstract

Objective: To explore the influence of quality care for hospitalized patients' satisfaction. Method: 240 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the control group received traditional nursing, the experimental group received high quality nursing service. Questionnaire survey was taken and the patients' satisfaction in the two group was analyzed. Result: The implementation of high quality nursing results had in higher satisfaction than the traditional nursing care(P0.01). Conclusion: High quality of nursing service is a satisfaction, rest assured service, worthy of promotion.
