Study of Outsourcing Impact on Competitiveness of Manufacturing Enterprises

With more and more enterprises implementing outsourcing strategy,the study of outsourcing impact on competitiveness arouses extensive attention.Based on theoretical deduction and the questionnaire,this paper analyses the factors affecting competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises,the obtained results show that high-level outsourcing and perfect organizational structure help enterprises enhance the abilities to react to market conditions and the qualities of products as well as services,however,it has no obvious influences on financial and innovative abilities.
