Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of severe viral hepatitis. Methods From January 2005 to January 2010 diagnosis and treatment of severe hepatitis in our hospital 382 cases clinical data were analyzed. Results Totally 382 cases of severe viral hepatitis,236 patients died after active treatment, the mortality 61.78%;146 patients survived, the survival rate 38.22%;20 age group compared with the 21~50 age group mortality P0.05 there's not significant difference.20 years group and 21~50 age group and 50 age group compared mortality P0.05 sthere's ignificant difference.Comparison of the clinical classification of mortality P0.05 there's significant difference.Comparison of two biochemical parameters P0.05 there's significant difference. Conclusion The mortality of severe viral hepatitis patients younger and mortallyt lower;clinical type of order showed mortality tality chronic severe hepatitis mortality mortality of subacute severe hepatitis.Clinical and biochemical indicators of total bilirubin, cholesterol, prothrombin activity, albumin,AFP,etc.for judging the prognosis of severe hepatitis have a certain significance.
