Analysis of the Main Existing Problems and Their Causesin the Administrative Supervision

Administrative supervision plays a key role in public management of our government. There exist problems in the administrative supervision, such as the imperfection of the inner coordinative mechanism of the system, lack of independence, usability and all-round supervision etc., which mainly result from both the system and mechanism obstacles. The only way to administrate within the limits of the law is to implement reforms from such aspects as the political system, administrative system and supervision mechanism, etc..
