The strategy of sustainable development is the radical development strategy for China.It contains a complete set of innovation system,which are a brand new sense of value ,great space for industrial innovation,the guiding for technological innovation and relevant system and policy innovative ability.To bring the innovation system into full play is of great significance for China's development.
