Abstract

In China,after time of The traditional planned economy ofEmployment,Flexible Employ- ment becomes the mostly important channel to carry out employment.In the corresponding,flexible em- ployment takes kinds of employment relationship.Base on lots of Special survey about two years,this aticle analyzes the characteristics of flexible employment,and have classify it.at the same time,for different kinds of employment relationship,we also advise how to manage it.
