Abstract
Objective:To compare the nursing methods and resuscitation effects of the Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) machine and the standard CPR.Methods:150 cases of CPR were randomly divided into two groups. In the base of conventional treatment, the observation group(76 cases) adopted the Thumper CPR machine and was performed nursing care, while the control group(74 cases) was performed nursing care under standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The rescue success rates, excluding impact factors of visiting time for emergency, were compared between the two groups. Results:The resuscitation success rate in the Thumper CPR machine was significantly higher than that in the standard CPR with statistical difference(P0.05).The nursing effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion:The Thumper CPR machine is of great significance to cardiopulmonary resuscitation and is worthy of being fully popularized in clinic.
