Abstract

Objective: To compare the effects of Thumper model 1007 chest compression device with those of standard CPR.Methods: 56 patients with cardiac respiratory arrest were divided into Thumper PCR group and standard CPR group. The resuscitation rate of circulation and respiration was compared in both groups. Results: The resuscitation rate of circulation and respiration in Thumper CPR group was higher than that in the standard CPR group. Conclusions: Thumper chest compression device is more effective than standard CPR.It is worthy of being put to clinical application.
